CEOCFO: Ms. Davidoff, what is Big Purple Dot?

Ms. Davidoff: Big Purple Dot is an enterprise software with a complete and collaborative lead management solution for the real estate industry. From single users, large teams to cross company collaboration, dialer, granular distribution, email drip, real time communication - we've got it!

 

CEOCFO: Why do you we need a separate system for real estate? How does it differ from more generic systems?

Ms. Davidoff: Having a platform that is specific to the real estate industry is essential to increasing your lead conversion and seeing an increased ROI. Generic systems think about what is best for all industries as a whole. If it doesn't work across the board it does not get implemented. Big Purple Dot focuses on fixing the sore points of real estate community, insuring valuable opportunity within seconds.

 

CEOCFO: What are some of the challenges unique to the real estate industry that Big Purple Dot addresses?

Ms. Davidoff: Accelerating distribution, communication and collaboration of leads in real time. For now, email is an extremely useful communication tool although the amount of time we need to sift through it, read it and respond, is not ideal when trying to communicate in a highly responsive manner. Big Purple Dot has opened the doors to real time communication with it’s instant sharing of leads, information and ability to interaction within teams of real estate professional and the ability to instantly share across companies.

 

CEOCFO: What are the different parts of the real estate chain that can take advantage?

Ms. Davidoff: Single users, teams, to national / corporate structures in the lending industry and real estate agents / brokers.

 

CEOCFO: How does it work?

Ms. Davidoff: Big Purple Dot focuses on aggregating leads, distributing them to the correct team members (from realtors to lenders), and making sure they're being contacted. With the use of SMS/email follow up, auto-reminders, prioritization, and Loan Origination System integration, we can confidently say that we have the most effective lead management system out there.

 

CEOCFO: I am guessing that people in real estate have been looking for a better way. How do they find Big Purple Dot?

CEOCFO: Is the real estate industry embracing technology? Is it more that they are being forced to and newer people may be coming into the industry leading the way?

Ms. Davidoff: I think it’s a little mix of both. Nobody really wants change and it’s not due to only fear but also what they have been doing for so long has been working for them. So why give up something that has worked for something unknown? The technology push by consumers has sparked a change in the mentality of the real estate industry. The consumers are now so tech savvy and not wanting to do business the “old way” and are expecting even better service and communication from the industry that advises them on the most important purchase of their life. Those industry professionals that remain reluctant will eventually be displaced by those who make better use of technology to service their clients.

 

CEOCFO: Do you envision offering additional services?

Ms. Davidoff: We will continue to add additional services to define the value that we deliver. Our focus on business strategy and goals is to continue to develop services that will create innovation and success for the real estate industry.

 

CEOCFO: What has changed since you initiated Big Purple Dot?

Ms. Davidoff: Since founding Big Purple Dot, we have grown tremendously in terms of talent, knowledge and technology. The biggest edge anyone can hope for in this industry is to understand how the gears turn and actively adjusting the game-plan to match that analysis. We have been lucky enough to have the skills necessary to do both.

 

CEOCFO: What is the competitive landscape as far as specialized systems?

Ms. Davidoff: The past couple years have seen the technology landscape evolve drastically in all industries. However, the real estate industry requires system that can combine personal touch with digital efficiency. While brokerage firms have built out their own internal lead management systems to draw more realtors, many would say that the solutions often feel disjointed or even incomplete.
