CEOCFO: Mr. Benoit, what is the overall idea behind FacialDX?
Mr. Benoit: The overall idea is to automate the medical decision process and make it easier, faster and more efficient for professionals to make good decisions with the information that is collected. An easier way to say it is FacialDx is a scalable intelligence layer between human observation and clinical intervention.
CEOCFO: What are some of the challenges today in making good decisions?
Mr. Benoit: Healthcare decisions are often limited by fragmented data, delayed symptom reporting, and inconsistent patient monitoring. Providers frequently rely on short clinical visits and subjective self-

CEOCEO: How is the FacialDx AI doing the facial analysis; what can it see that the average person might say makes sense, and what can the AI pick up that might be surprising?
Mr. Benoit: The way it works is there is 156 biomarkers that we identify and use on the face. Those biomarkers are all directly related to independent outcomes. Our IP has over 13,824 variable feature combinations, along with algorithmic and visual patterns associated with each of these biomarkers, and what they mean. When a doctor sits down with a patient, they have seven to eight minutes to ask the question about why they are there, what is wrong, and try to give them an immediate solution while making an appointment for the next follow-

Back to answer your question about what is surprising are the wellness insights that are not normally identified by the average person. When you look at it from the FacialDx perspective, visual biomarker analysis is not biased or have gut feelings that interfere with the decision-
CEOCFO: Does the medical community understand the power of what is in the face?
Mr. Benoit: Understanding within the medical community varies depending on the sector. Regenerative health, integrative medicine, longevity, and holistic practitioners have generally been very receptive to facial-
Traditional Western medical systems are also increasingly interested, but adoption moves more cautiously due to regulatory, legal, reimbursement, and integration requirements. In many cases, physicians are personally receptive and want to understand how the technology can fit into existing clinical workflows, but broader institutional adoption often depends on validation, compliance, and scalability.
CEOCFO: What led you to be involved with the development of FacialDX?
Mr. Benoit: That is my story. I joined the Marine Corp. at 17 and medically retired from the military in 2015 with traumatic brain injury, PTSD and other stuff. In 2021, I waited over six months for a VA appointment. Six of the seven minutes that I had with Doctor, was spent organizing my next appointment eight months later. We were doing a video and tele conference call. It hit hard that I waited six months to be seen for additional issues that I was having, and we didn’t even touch any part of that.
My career at the time was focused on business finance consulting and private money placement amongst different technology and real estate companies. One of my partners introduced me to someone that had been doing facial reading for almost 40 years. At first, I was a complete skeptic and spent 3 months meeting with 22 other veterans to prove the system wrong. I was wrong. The concept of Eastern medicine has been going on for over 2000 years, but it was still subjective like every other methodology. When we looked at the VA situation, what happened to me was happening toto millions of other people going through traditional healthcare.
Eastern medicine is predicated on mapping, reading, and the overall concept of the human face, mind, body and organs.
The whole idea was to automate the medical detection process. The significant shift that happened to FacialDx was when we started learning and working with the medical professionals, looking at the studies, everything that is out there related to Eastern and Western medical practices, We put together the science, algorithms and science to be able to identify features in an independent and collective manner, to make easier and faster supporting decisions for medical practitioners. That is where it started from. I had a bad experience from the VA and people were waiting months when they didn’t need to. By automating this process, we were able to dive deeper and give a more constructive analysis. We are not diagnosing but we are identifying these insights for medical decision makers.
CEOCFO: What is your plan to get the recognition you deserve at FacialDx?
Mr. Benoit: For FacialDX to get out there by word of mouth and marketing. We are now starting to get into the social media platforms, the publications, and local news outlets. This June, we are going to do a US Trade Missions Event in Hong Kong; we are one of nine companies represented to over a 100 different strategic entities, partners and private investors. Our goal is sharing the tool and getting it out there and letting people explore the usefulness as an individual and business. Right now, people do not know it even exists.
The closest competition that we have in the market is related to vital health, which is only tracking your vitals like your heart, blood pressure, breathing, and some even do heat mapping on the face. However, there are none that do the overall analysis. All of the other companies are matching your data, your historic information that you input into the system and is measured against the national or international averages. The FacialDX process only analyzes the digital image. No personal information, no history, no surveys, no special equipment or training. FacialDx is literally digital facial analysis.
CEOCFO: How do you deal with the frustration when you have something that seems quite powerful, but it is a challenge to get people to understand what you are doing and make use of this approach?
Mr. Benoit: It has been a lot more receptive than what we had anticipated. In the beginning I pitched to the wrong people; I went straight to a VA liaison and said, “Hey this is the solution.” It will increase your efficiency and will save you between $9 billion and $17 billion on PTSD onboarding alone. It will allow you see 250,000 soldiers; it saves you time and money. They weren’t ready to hear that. I then went to another medical board and the guy said no, that it would impact his bottom line. He would rather make a diagnosis and wait 6 months to see if he was right and if wrong change the medication at that point. Those two experiences were frustrating and disheartening.
We went back to the planning board and looked at it and asked what we needed to do. That is why we have a consumer model where people can jump online and do it. We have a business model for scalability. We used the consumer model as a proof of concept. We recommend a third party take the facial photos, upload the images, then analyze the images. They can download a full report, review their readiness and performance insights and become closer to understanding more about health and wellness. This carries over to B2B.
For me personally, there is not enough time for me to be out there sharing the information. Therefore, it is going to take time to create the awareness that this tool does exist. As far as people being receptive, I have been blown away with the number of people and companies that are open and, in our pipeline, now for integrating our technology. They see it is easier, faster and a more efficient way to enhance their current operation. It opens their resources and time that they can focus on the things that really matter.
CEOCFO: Are you seeking funding, investments or partnerships as you move forward?
Mr. Benoit: Yes, we are open to exploring funding, investment and partnerships. Our business is built upon relationships, and You can never know too many people or have too much money. Partnerships and capital help expedite international growth a lot faster. Now We are heavily embedded into the veteran’s circle, but I would like to open this up on an international level and get it into the behavioral health, sports, education, telehealth, human resources, employment screening, dating services and more. You think of it, FacialDx can be applied into it.
CEOCFO: What is involved in implementation?
Mr. Benoit: It is easy. We are a simple API. If you think about what that is, it is literally just another layer in technology. It does not disrupt anybody’s workflow. That means that whatever they are doing or how they screen, or how they onboard somebody, we are just a layer inside their current system. Our layer comes in when they take snapshot or a photo image of that individual. It then goes into our analysis process while staying protected and secure with HIPAA compliance. The complete analysis is provided directly to doctor or facility infrastructure as per their protocol.
As for implementation, it is usually three-
CEOCFO: With so much opportunity in so many different areas, how do you stay focused?
Mr. Benoit: Initially when we were looking at doing this, I was focused heavily on traumatic brain injury and PTSD because that hit close to home. A lot of the veterans associated with it, so that was something that we could impact. When you brainstorm and look at the total adjustable market, the focus was lost, and we went hand over fist. There were so many things in layers that could be done.
Is it hard to stay focused? Yes, it is, but what we have done is and picked out the easiest and fastest markets to build a foundation in. Our technology in the sports industry is close to 100% accurate regarding features associates with traumatic brain injury and various head injuries. The same applies to behavioral health and wellness. It can be applied easily for these categories, so we caught a low-
Those are the primary markets that we heavily focus our attention on. The other ones, as they come up or as we increase our strength and foundation, then we can literally bring people on to focus on the dating services or the logistics, or the DoD.
CEOCFO: What is the takeaway for people when they look at FacialDX?
Mr. Benoit: I think the biggest thing to know is that it is a non-
One thing people don’t understand is that the human face, in all the studies out there, it says that it is seven to ten days when it normally changes. Over the last year we have proven on several situations that the face changes within three to four days. That means that this type of application is not a one-
