New Breed Expands National Presence, Client List

           Addition of estyle(TM) and ProcureNet Prompts Expansion
                           In California and Texas

    HIGH POINT, N.C., March 1 /PRNewswire/ -- New Breed, a supply chain
network and logistics IT company with distribution centers in major markets
nationwide, continues to expand its presence across the U.S. with the
acquisition of estyle.com's warehousing and fulfillment operation in Ontario,
Calif., and by earning a contract to handle the ProcureNet distribution
program in Dallas.
    New Breed recently acquired a 200,000-square-foot, highly automated and
technologically advanced distribution facility in Ontario from estyle
(www.estyle.com) -- an online retailer offering maternity clothing, nursery
furnishings, baby gear, children's clothes, and toys.  In addition, New Breed
was awarded the contract to operate estyle's warehousing and fulfillment
operations, providing nationwide direct-to-consumer distribution services.

    With this acquisition, New Breed's Ontario warehouse space has increased to more than 500,000 square feet.
    In Dallas, New Breed recently opened 100,000 square feet of warehouse
space to accommodate critical parts warehousing and distribution for
ProcureNet, a company that provides e-procurement services for the U.S.
Government, as well as to house operations currently in place for Siemens
Medical Solutions, USA.  Under this new contract with ProcureNet, New Breed is handling expedited distribution of vehicle parts for the U.S. military
throughout the southern and southeastern United States.
    "Not only is this expansion adding 40 employees to our Dallas operations,
it is also a key component of our nationwide critical parts distribution
network," added Hauck.
    The additions of estyle.com and ProcureNet to New Breed's client list
continue the company's dramatic growth throughout the country.  Earlier this
year, New Breed announced the opening of a 50,000-square-foot multi-client
distribution facility in Memphis -- and has plans to increase that operation
to 100,000 square feet within the year.
