    HOUSTON and DELFT, The Netherlands, March 26 /PRNewswire/ -- PentaSafe Security Technologies, Inc. and CONSUL risk management B.V., leading players in the enterprise security management market, today announced a strategic relationship to offer the industry's first integrated cross-platform security management solution for both Open Systems and IBM's OS/390 environments.  The jointly-developed product, the VigilEnt Consul Adapter for zSeries (VCAz), is designed as a bridge between PentaSafe's award-winning VigilEnt Security Manager (VSM) and Consul/zSecure, CONSUL's comprehensive mainframe security
suite.  Armed with this solution, customers will be able to more easily manage security policy compliance across a variety of industry standard operating
systems, databases, applications and other sources of security information.
    The combined capabilities of VCAz allow security managers to centrally
manage and control security across a mixed IT environment.  Because VCAz is a bridge between Consul/zSecure and VSM, it can be quickly integrated into both companies' installed customer environments to immediately provide comprehensive security compliance reporting capabilities.
