PentaSafe Announces New Customers and Stellar Fiscal Year Results

  Strong Sales of Information Security Software Push Revenues Up 60% for The
                      Fiscal Year Ending March 31, 2002

    HOUSTON, April 11 /PRNewswire/ -- PentaSafe Security Technologies, Inc., a
leading provider of integrated security management solutions, today announced
its financial results for its fiscal year 2002 ending March 31, 2002.  Despite
weak sales in the technology industry overall, the company reported a revenue
increase of 60% for the year.  In each of the last two fiscal quarters, year
over year revenue growth was over four times the comparable period expense
growth.
    Closing out the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2002, PentaSafe added 39 new
customers, bringing its total client base to over 1,250 worldwide.  New
domestic PentaSafe customers for the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2002
include:  Consolidated Edison, PacifiCorp, Park Place Entertainment and
Tiffany & Company.  PentaSafe's European office also announced several new
customer wins, including:  Admiral Insurance, CIGNA Health Care, Fortis Bank,
Societe Generale and Weight Watchers.
