product integration, security, structured cabling, construction and project management.
CEOCFO: Mr.
Hidalgo, The wireless market continues to experience significant growth, what are the
market drivers?
Mr. Hidalgo:
The need to be mobile is creating a demand for wireless networks that
support mobile communications. In addition, wireless networks have proven to be a cost
effective alternative for landlines that take longer and cost more to
deploy. Whether it is for general wireless connectivity purposes or for
specialized wireless applications, the market opportunity is vast and is continuing
to grow at a rapid pace.
CEOCFO:
As an engineering company, how does WPCS continue to differentiate itself from the
competition?
Mr. Hidalgo:
Our company focuses on wireless projects that require a sophisticated
level of engineering expertise. WPCS has an engineering staff that is experienced in every
facet of wireless connectivity including two-way, cellular, Wi-Fi, fixed wireless,
in-building, mesh networks and RFID. We are able to engineer solutions that are
of the highest quality and performance. The company has built a substantial customer base
that continues to depend on our expertise in designing, deploying and maintaining wireless
networks for a variety of applications. This expertise and strong customer base continues
to give us a competitive advantage.
CEOCFO:
Have there been any growing pains?
Mr. Hidalgo:
With the growth that we have experienced, it has been a task to keep developing our
engineering staff to accommodate our customers needs but we have been able to keep pace.
We have managed to add quality engineers to our team and we continue to search for the
type of engineers that can maintain our high level of customer support. In addition, we
continue to look for acquisitions that can expand our engineering capacity and geographic
scope.
CEOCFO:
Speaking of acquisitions, what is the strategy going forward?
Mr. Hidalgo:
WPCS continues to look for accretive acquisitions. Our focus recently has been in
the international sector as that sector is experiencing the same rapid growth we see here
in the U.S. We have identified candidates and are in discussions. Our criteria continues
to be companies that are historically profitable with experienced engineers and
a strong customer base. We can now fund these acquisitions with stock and /or cash as our
financial position has improved substantially.
CEOCFO:
Discussing your financial position, how has it improved of late?
Mr. Hidalgo:
In our current fiscal year, which ends, April 30, 2007, we have reported two of our
most successful quarters in the history of the company. Our FY2007 revenue goal is to
achieve over $70 million in sales with over $4 million in net income. Through the first
six months of the year, WPCS has generated $34 million in revenue and approximately $2

from operations for the first six months of this fiscal year. Clearly, we continue to have
financial success.

aware?
Mr. Hidalgo:

strengthened our geographic scope and added many high profile customers to our base. In

between $12.50 per share and $15.00 per share. Lastly, WPCS has been upgraded to the
